For intensive food production, use our 80 litres planetary mixer from ChefQuip. This model is a robust and versatile unit. It is perfect for mixing a variety of foods, including dough, cream, mayonnaise and creamed potatoes. Featuring a heavy-duty motor with variable speeds, an interlocking quick release bowl guard and bowl lift.

The SPA80HA-F is a 3 phase mixer. Equipment of this size require more power than our smaller units.
