Single Deck GAS Pizza Oven

The G4 single deck gas pizza oven, ideal for pizzerias and delicatessens. The G4 has capacity for four x 12″/ 30cm pizzas – to be placed in trays or directly onto the fire brick base.

The unit is equipped with an aluminised sheet metal baking chamber, with a fire brick base for excellent baking results. The frame and doors are finished in heat-resistant Teflon paint and the front facing control panel features a temperature display and easy-to-use controls. The oven is illuminated and has two safety thermostats per chamber.
