This high powered and robust unit is built on a welded stainless steel frame, has a stainless steel worktop and a full width 1/1 capacity convection oven, fitted with 2 circulating fans to provide even and faster cooking times. The oven has an operational temperature range of 250 degrees, has French doors for easy access, is fittedwith a diffuser in its roof of to improve heat distribution and cooking results, comes with 3 anti tilt shelves, has interior vitreous panels, removable base plate and heavily plated steel rod shelf runners for easy cleaning. Other features include a recessed control panel with large, easy to grip control knobs and extensive insulation and double skinning improves efficiency and reduces energy consumption.
