COLTELLI MC Slicing Disc – to use with the BOCCA FROMAGGIO cheese attachment
* This slicing disc cannot be used alone – it MUST be used together with;
- MD Cubing Disc – with the BOCCA FORMAGGIO – cheese feeder attachment
OR - MDG Cubing Disc – with the BOCCA DOPPIA – double feeder, or BOCCA TRAMOGGIA – hopper feeder
Available in sizes;
8, 10, 12 & 22 mm
Suitable for;
- BOCCA FORMAGGIO – cheese feeder attachment ONLY when used with MD DISCO disc
- BOCCA DOPPIA double feeder attachment IF used with MDG cubing disc
- BOCCA TRAMOGGIA hopper feeder attachment IF used with MDG cubing disc
